No, each home will have its individual private meter and homeowner will be responsible for recharging their electricity payment card.
An estate association is to be registered as a limited company to be called Lane Valley Apartments Limited in which each homeowner will have a share. The company will be responsible for contracting out the servicing to service companies and owners may replace the services company with another service provider after 2 years based on majority consents. The estate association will charge homeowners annual maintenance fee of about Fifty Thousands Naira to keep all facilities of the estate in good shape and save the excess in agreed way for potential future major maintenance works.
Buyers will be able to choose between annual and bi-annual (every 6 months) balance payment plan when generating their contract of sales which is a digitalised process.

Administrative fee may be incurred during the reselling process but this is not expected to be more than 100,000 Naira.
